Vaidehi Jokhakar, LMSW, MPH
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Vaidehi is a public health social worker and the founder of MGI. She has experience working in both pediatric and geriatric healthcare. She aims to utilize her dual specialties to promote mental wellness, especially in underserved populations. In her free time, Vaidehi enjoys being in nature, reading mystery novels, and watching dramas.
Raj Jokhakar
Chief Information Officer
Raj is the Chief Information Officer at MGI. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, notably in healthcare data analytics. He aims to use his knowledge to promote population-based care. In his free time, Raj enjoys watching National Geographic and keeping up with technology.
Hetali Sawant, MPH, LSSGB
Chief Operating Officer
Hetali Sawant is the Chief Operating Officer at MGI. She holds a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University and is a healthcare professional with experience in strategic planning, process improvement and program implementation and evaluation. Hetali has a special interest in population health and data analytics and hopes to utilize the two to help close the gaps in disparities and healthcare education among vulnerable communities. In her free time, Hetali enjoys landscape acrylic painting and cooking.
Alison Ferdinand
Volunteer
Alison is a Research Associate with experience in neuro-degeneration and neuro-immunology related research with a Master’s degree in Neuroscience. As a certified yoga teacher, Alison seeks to spread mindfulness practices to encourage mental wellness. She enjoys reading, baking, skincare, and spending time with her dog.
Vivek Aslot
Intern
Vivek is a biomedical engineering student at Case Western Reserve University. He plans to pursue a degree in medicine after graduation. He is interested in preventative care and health promotion. In his free time, Vivek enjoys sports, running, reading political cartoons, and hanging out with friends.
